The Last Hour.
How do you spend the last hour of your day?
What if you made it a goal to see how much you could crush for the final 60 minutes every day... Something you could look back on of with beaming pride, not the bad kind. But the good kind of pride, the type that says, "I have gotten my hands dirty today and move a lot of stuff around... and the world is a different place because of the work of my body or my brain.
Give your best effort in the final hour of your day, every day.
Let the rest of the lazy world take it easy and steal time from their employers. You can completely change your world by giving it your best effort and energy right up until "quitting time".
Even if your job sucks and you think you deserve something better.
You deserve exactly what you currently have. How does that feel? Uncomfortable? Then go harder, educate yourself, grow yourself, give your best effort all the time.
If you give it your all, when it counts... you will deserve, and achieve, something greater.
“If a man is called to be a street sweeper, he should sweep streets even as a Michaelangelo painted, or Beethoven composed music or Shakespeare wrote poetry. He should sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will pause to say, 'Here lived a great street sweeper who did his job well." - Martin Luther King Jr.
